Project information (descriptions, briefs, feedback) shared with us during engagements.

Profile information (name, avatar, phone) you provide in your account.

We also collect basic usage data automatically, such as server logs and authentication events.

To schedule and manage discovery calls.
To provide project updates through the client portal.
To send you in-app notifications and (with your permission) browser notifications about your account, projects, bookings, and support requests.
To maintain your account and provide authenticated access.

We use third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

Supabase for database hosting, authentication, file storage, and account password-recovery email delivery.
Web Push (via the browser push service) for optional real-time browser notifications, which you enable or disable yourself.
Google OAuth for optional sign-in.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

Booking and contact form submissions are retained for business records.
Server logs are retained for operational purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access controls, and secure authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
