4. Bookings & Inquiries

Booking a discovery call does not constitute a contractual agreement. Information provided during bookings is used to prepare for consultations.

Estimates and budgets shared during consultations are indicative only and not binding quotes.

5. Service Engagements

Specific project work is governed by separate service agreements or statements of work.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in those agreements. These general terms do not override specific project agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project-specific agreement, ZEWEUX retains ownership of its website content, designs, and methodologies. Client-specific deliverables are addressed in individual service agreements.
